Sell on Amazon US — without a US office, a US trip, or a US team of your own.
If you’re building an Amazon US business from outside the States, the hard part isn’t the listings — it’s the ground operation. Hardway is that ground operation. We receive your inventory from US suppliers, China, and Europe, run Amazon FBA prep and FNSKU labeling, ship into FBA, handle FBM pick & pack, and act as your US return address — all from our own 15,000 sq ft warehouse in the Chicago metro, an Amazon SPN–approved provider shipping 17,000+ orders a month. No monthly minimums. No long-term lock-in. You run the brand from anywhere; we run the warehouse.
One US partner for the whole ground operation
Most international sellers end up stitching together a freight forwarder, a prep center, a returns address, and a storage provider — four vendors, four invoices, four points of failure. We consolidate all of it under one roof and one inventory pool: receive from any origin, prep for Amazon, ship into FBA, fulfill FBM orders, process returns, and hold your stock — so you scale on a single partner instead of rebuilding your supply chain every time you grow.
See what your rate looks like →Receive from anywhere. US suppliers, China, and Europe/Balkans — arriving customs-cleared and delivered-duty-paid to our door. We check it in against your packing list and post live counts to your portal.
A US return address, handled. Use our facility as your Amazon US return address. We receive, inspect, and grade returns to your rules — restock, quarantine, dispose, consolidate, or forward.
FBA prep and FBM under one roof. FBA prep with FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, and shipment into Amazon — plus FBM pick & pack, kitting, and relabeling when you need it.
Built to start small and scale. No monthly minimums and no long-term lock-in — pay for what you use while you test the market, and your pick-and-pack rate steps down automatically as volume grows.
How inventory flows from your supplier to Amazon
The path is simple and we manage the US end of it: 1) your supplier in China, Europe, or the US ships via your freight forwarder, clears US customs, and is delivered duty-paid to our warehouse — you (through your broker) are the importer of record, and we’re the ship-to. 2) We receive against your packing list, inspect, count, and store. 3) We prep to Amazon’s requirements — FNSKU labels, poly-bags, warning labels — and ship into FBA on your plan, or pick & pack FBM orders. 4) Anything you’re not sending in yet stays in storage — free for the first 30 days — and we release it into Amazon on the cadence you set, so you stay under Amazon’s storage limits.

You don’t need to be in the US to know exactly what’s happening in your warehouse. You get a US-based team you can reach by email the same business day, photos and video of your inventory on request, live counts in your portal, and tracked receiving on every inbound. Billing works from wherever you are — ACH from a US bank account if you have one, or an international wire or card while you’re still setting up US banking. And your goods are protected: we carry warehouse legal liability coverage for inventory in our care, and we recommend you hold your own stock policy for full declared value — a clean, transparent structure we’ll walk you through before you sign.
Who this is for
UK, EU, and other international sellers launching or scaling on Amazon US and Walmart; brands sourcing from China who need a US receiving and prep point; and overseas operators who want one reliable US logistics partner instead of a patchwork of vendors. International seller FAQs
Do I need a US company or US address to work with you?
No. You keep title to your goods and run your own Amazon or Walmart account; we’re your fulfillment partner, not a reseller. You can use our warehouse as your ship-to and as your Amazon US return address. A signed services agreement and a payment method on file are all we need to open your account.
Can you receive shipments from China and Europe?
Yes. We receive inventory from US suppliers, China, and Europe/Balkans. International freight needs to arrive customs-cleared and delivered-duty-paid (DDP) to our door — you, through your freight forwarder or customs broker, are the importer of record. Send us the commercial invoice and packing list in advance and we receive against it at the same rates regardless of origin.
Can Hardway be my Amazon US return address?
Yes. You can list our facility as your Amazon US return address. We receive, inspect, and grade returns and then follow your standing rules for each SKU — restock to sellable, quarantine, dispose, consolidate, or forward — so you don’t need a US presence to manage returns.
How do I pay from outside the US?
Our default is ACH from a US business bank account. If you’re still setting up US banking, we can take an international wire or a card on file through our secure bill-pay portal in the interim, then switch you to ACH once your US account is open.
Is my inventory insured while it’s with you?
We carry warehouse legal liability coverage for customer goods in our care, custody, and control. Because that responds to loss or damage where we’re legally responsible — not full replacement value — we also recommend you carry your own stock-throughput policy for the full declared value of your inventory. We’ll walk you through the exact structure before you sign.
Can I visit or tour the warehouse?
For security and insurance reasons we don’t host on-site visits or accept walk-in drop-offs — which is rarely a concern for overseas sellers anyway. Instead you get full remote visibility: photos and video of your inventory on request, live counts in your portal, and a US team you can reach the same business day.
