How fast can I get started? +
Most brands are onboarded and shipping within a few days of their intro call. Send inventory and we receive it to shelf within 24 hours.
Are there long-term contracts? +
No lock-in. Per-unit and monthly rates that flex with your volume, so you only pay for what you use.
Do you handle Amazon FBA prep? +
Yes — compliant FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, and bundling shipped directly into FBA. A trusted alternative as Amazon’s prep program changes.
What sales channels do you fulfill? +
Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and most major DTC and marketplace channels, all from one inventory pool with real-time tracking. Note: our hands-on account management is Walmart Seller Central specific.
What types of products do you support? +
Beauty, supplements, subscription boxes, food & beverage, and general ecommerce goods for both emerging and established brands.
How is pricing structured? +
Fulfillment is transparent per-unit: FBA prep is $0.85/unit all-in (dropping to $0.65/unit at volume), pick & pack is $2.50 first item plus $0.40 each additional (down to $1.80 at volume), and storage is $0.65/cu ft/mo or $25 per pallet position. Walmart Seller Central management is a flat $97/mo software fee plus a one-time build starting at $14,997, tiered by your monthly product spend. Final quotes are tailored to your volume.
Can I see my inventory in real time? +
Yes. You get a live dashboard for inventory levels, order status, and shipment tracking across channels.

Is my inventory insured? +
We carry warehouse legal liability coverage for goods in our care, custody, and control. Because that responds where we’re legally responsible rather than for full replacement value, we also recommend you carry your own stock policy for the full value of your inventory — we’ll walk you through the structure before you sign.
