Are you actually located in Chicago?
Straight answer: we’re in the Chicago metro, not the city limits. Our warehouse is at 15745 Annico Dr, STE 3, Homer Glen, IL 60491 — roughly 30 minutes southwest of the Loop. That suburban location is on purpose: it keeps our overhead, and your rates, lower while staying an easy drive from the city.
How does my inventory get to the warehouse?
Inventory reaches us as inbound shipments — by freight or parcel — not client drop-offs. For security and insurance reasons we don’t accept walk-in drop-offs. Once your shipment lands, we check it in with tracked receiving and post live counts to your portal, so you can confirm exactly what arrived without being on-site.
How do you compare to a downtown Chicago fulfillment center?
You get the same metro-area shipping speed without paying for a downtown lease. In-city warehouse space is expensive, and that cost lands in your per-unit price. We run from lower-overhead suburban space and pass the savings on — same access to carriers and the same 1–2 day ground reach across the Midwest.
Can I visit or tour the warehouse?
